PROGRAMME FOR 202

We will start meeting again at the Longmead Centre from the 7th March 2022. In addition we intend to hold some virtual meetings which we will advise you of nearer the time.

As we have some vulnerable members and Covid case numbers in Epsom and Ewell are still higher than other parts of the Country please note the following.

1 – The Centre is still requiring people to wear face masks in the common areas such as corridors and toilets.

The committee would like you to consider wearing them during meetings especially when viewing displays or socially mixing with other members.

2 – Hand sanitiser is available throughout the centre - please use on arrival.

3 – When viewing displays please do so in an orderly fashion going from left to right. Only one member viewing any one frame at a time.

4 – We will set the seats out 1 metre apart.

5 – We have asked the Centre to run the extractor fans before our meeting to ensure the hall is well ventilated.

6 – We will take a register of members attending rather than having to sign in.

7 - Other members may also welcome you taking a lateral flow test before the meeting.

8- If you are feeling unwell even if you think it is just a cold please do not attend.

Following these points will help make the meetings safer for all and hopefully our vulnerable members will feel able to attend.
